What origin is the hair?

  • Our hairs are of Asian origin and are created from 100% real virgin human hair.

 

How long will the hair last?

  • Your Radiant Extensionz hair will generally last at least 3 year with proper care.

 

What is HD lace?

  • HD lace is durable, natural, comparatively soft and thin, truly invisible, and matches all complexions. Tinting your lace is optional because HD lace will blend right in with your complexion. In addition, HD lace creates a smooth and invisible hairline that looks like your real hair. As a result, HD lace is one of the most popular lace.

 

What is the difference between the "Lite" wigs and the "Non-Lite" wigs?

  • Wigs that have "Lite" in their names are our 5x5 HD closure wigs. In contrast, the wigs without "Lite" in the name are our 13x6 HD frontal wigs.

 

How does my wig come?

  • Your wig is a "Ready To Wear" straight out of the box, meaning we bleached the knots and plucked the hairline. All of the hard work is done for you. When your wig arrives, you will just cut your lace and let your radiant wig sit naturally on you. You also get a detachable elastic band for your glueless installations. 

 

Are your wigs glueless?

  • Yes, all of our wigs are glueless. Each wig comes with a detachable elastic band.

 

How many bundles are suggested for a full head?

  • Three bundles for 12" - 20"
  • Four bundles for 22" - 26"
  • Five bundles for 28" - 30"

 

Do the bundles come in threes?

  • No, each bundle is sold separately.

 

I just realized I only purchased one bundle. What do I do?

 

When will my order be shipped?

  • Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders processed before 2 pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
    Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please make sure you provide your complete email address.

 

I have an event coming up, can I rush my order?

  • Certainly! We have Expedited Shipping available, therefore your order will be our priority. Depending on the time your order is processed, it will be shipped out the same day or the next business day. 

 

How long will it take for my order to reach me after it has been shipped?

  • The delivery timeline depends on the shipping method you decided. (These are estimates and are not guaranteed.)
    • For Domestic Shipping:
      • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
      • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 Business Days
    • For International Shipping:
      • USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days
      • USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 Business Days

 

USPS hasn't updated my tracking. How do I know where it is?

  • After your package has left my vicinity and you have received your tracking number, please contact your local post office, and they will help you. Once you receive your order, feel free to inform my team as I have no control of the order once it leaves my vicinity.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • No. There will be no need for that as all orders are thoroughly examined before shipping.
